The Foundation for Education is applying for a grant to help build the Monte Vista Park on McCabe Road and Sperber Road, West of the Imperial County Office of Education, in El Centro. The Foundation for Education will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday, October 28 at 6:00 pm.
