** A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Local Time. All interested bidders will meet at Brawley Hawks Headstart Center, 160 S. Cesar Chavez Street, Brawley, CA 92227.

Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) intends to engage the services of a professional firm to provide project management and professional expertise to carry out the work necessary to form a centralized approach to accessing the Statewide Multi-Payer Fee Schedule. A centralized approach (consortium) is defined as two or more local educational agencies (LEA) providers pooling resources to provide services and/or billing under one National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and sharing administrative billing resources. This approach streamlines billing, reduces administrative burdens, and helps ensure compliance with state and federal reimbursement standards.
