Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) intends to engage the services of a professional firm to provide project management and professional expertise to carry out the work necessary to form a centralized approach to accessing the Statewide Multi-Payer Fee Schedule. A centralized approach (consortium) is defined as two or more local educational agencies (LEA) providers pooling resources to provide services and/or billing under one National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and sharing administrative billing resources.
