Summary of Findings Report - Imagine Schools Imperial County

The Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) received a countywide benefit charter petition from Imagine Schools Imperial County (Petitioners) on February 27, 2023.  Pursuant to Education Code § 47605.6, a public hearing was held on March 13, 2023 at a regular meeting of the Imperial County Board of Education (ICBOE).  This Summary of Findings Report has been prepared by ICOE staff and published at least 15 days prior to the Determination Hearing as required by Education Code § 47605.6(b).
