Request for Bids: Recognizing the need to bridge the Homework Gap to allow students to reach their full academic potential. The Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) has launched an infrastructure proof of concept initiative that will help ensure equal access to Internet services throughout our county. The initiative begins by serving one community in Imperial County and once success has been demonstrated, expansion to other parts of Imperial County is anticipated. ICOE is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the deployment of a private education wireless LTE network.
