Consultation services for District staff regarding school-based Occupational Therapy is available. Direct services and assessment for Occupational therapy for students with a disability, shall be made available through referral from a students’ District of service. Occupational Therapy services are conducted by qualified medical personnel as specified in regulations developed by the State Department of Education. Chapter 26.5 7572.(b)
